As the Administrator of Your Personal Data:

1. We process them only to the extent you consent to or as required by law.
2. We process your data, in particular, for the purpose of: concluding and executing contracts, handling complaints and returns, sending you commercial and marketing information about products sold by the Administrator, presenting advertisements to you, responding to inquiries, and for defense against claims, accounting, and tax purposes.
3. We process the following categories of data:
   1. name, surname, email address, address, telephone number – for the purpose of concluding and executing contracts
   2. name, surname, email address, telephone number – for marketing purposes
4. Correspondence between us related to the conclusion and implementation of the contract is stored for the purpose of concluding and executing contracts, handling complaints or returns, and for the purpose of resolving disputes. We do not process your email address resulting from correspondence for any purpose other than communication to fulfill your request.
5. We do not transfer your data to other administrators.
6. We do not process special categories of data.
7. We implement appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized disclosure.
8. We will process your personal data for a period of 5 years from the date of consent, unless consent is withdrawn before this period expires.
9. At any time, you have the right to access your data and have them deleted, corrected, or restricted.
10. At any time, you may withdraw or restrict any consent to the processing of data.
11. You have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to request their transmission to another administrator.
12. If you believe that your data is being processed improperly, you have the right to object and lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

14. In connection with the performance of the sales contract concluded between us, we will process your data only to the extent necessary for its performance for a period of up to 6 months from the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the sales contract.
15. For marketing purposes, we use the services of third parties (Google, Facebook), which use cookies on the website.
16. We will not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
