We begin our process of designing industrial halls by carefully listening to the client's needs and jointly developing a unique character and purpose.
Based on this information, we create an initial investment concept, which we then verify through a local vision of the construction site to identify the specifics of the site and avoid possible collisions.
Only then do we start collecting the necessary formal and legal documents, such as an extract from the local development plan or technical conditions for connecting utilities, which are necessary to start the investment.
Analysis of the client's needs and creation of a unique design concept, including projections and cross-sections of the facility.
After carefully examining the features of the area, we proceed to develop a design concept, including the program and spatial plan of the facility, i.e. technically described projections and cross-sections of the new investment.
Then, after the concept is approved, we proceed to the development of a full architectural and construction design, consisting of a design part and a technical description. This forms the formal basis for construction works.
At the beginning of the construction process, we prepare the area and obtain the necessary permits by sending an official notice of the commencement of construction works and appointing a construction manager.
Then, we start construction works with earthworks, foundations and erection of steel and reinforced concrete and masonry structures.
The next stage is the assembly of the roof and wall cladding, window and door joinery, as well as further assembly and sheet metal work, pouring floors and installing appropriate industry installations.
Finally, we start finishing works and developing the area.
At the final stage of construction, we carry out control and as-built measurements, confirming the professional execution of the construction process, and then submit a notification of construction completion to the appropriate office.
The final effect of our work is delivered to the investors within the agreed time.
Just before this, the acceptance procedure of external services is performed, the scope of which depends on the complexity of the project (usually: the State Fire Service, Sanepid, Construction Supervision Inspector). The Construction Supervision Inspectorate issues an Occupancy Permit, which means that the Investor can then start using the facility.
